The founder and director of Lexform Pty Ltd, Charlie Younan, has been in the Sydney construction industry for over 20 years. 

A Civil Engineer and Builder by profession, Charlie has developed, project managed and constructed numerous commercial and residential projects over the years in the Sydney, Central Coast and the Wollongong region.

In addition to risk assessment, staff training, SWMS and site safe practices, Lexform implements a commercial safety management system on all its projects. This helps to ensure that works on site are performed to a high standard of safety and have in place mechanisms and check points to ensure compliance.
